Shipping Information:
Shipping is done by the end of the 2nd business day except for back-ordered items. For back-ordered items, we will notify you as soon as possible with the shipping and tracking information. We use a variety of shipping services depending on your location and the item size and weight. UPS Ground is the preferred shipping carrier but we reserve the right to use any carrier to ensure fast delivery.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Cancellations are accepted anytime before an item ships from our warehouse. Usually within 24 hours if there is no tracking number assigned to your order.
Refunds are only allowed due to defective items or if you can show that the item is very different from the item described in the product listing. All returns must be authorized in writing so contact us before you return your merchandise. Returned merchandise will be exchanged for same or similar products or buyer may receive merchandise credit.
